This website is run by HUMAN COMPUTE LLC, a one-person AI consultancy based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, so it is short.

What is collected

Only what you choose to send. The site has two forms: the message box on the home page and the form on the Contact page. When you use either one, the site receives:

• what you type in, such as your name, email address, phone number, subject and message
• the page you sent it from and the time you sent it
• your IP address and browser type, which are used to filter out spam

There is no account to sign up for, no newsletter list, and no payment taken through this site.

How it is used

Your message is used to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. That is the only use. It is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Where it goes

A copy of each message is stored on the server that hosts this site, on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and is emailed to me through Mailgun, an email delivery service. Both act only on my instructions. Beyond that, information is shared only if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses a small number of cookies it needs to work, including one that remembers that you accepted the cookie notice. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started and for normal business records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email the address below and it will be handled promptly. No reason is needed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the server is kept up to date and access controlled. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials through the forms.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. Information from a child is deleted as soon as it is noticed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
